This appointment is for one alleged Father, one Mother, and one Child - Same price if mother is not included - Including mother is highly recommended - Scheduling separate appointments is available for an additional fee (Call: 855-948-8633) Please, contact us with any questions or to schedule/test additional individuals (more than 1 child) (additional fees will be applied). Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance* There is a $25 rescheduling fee to reschedule without 24 hours advance notice. DON'T BE LATE If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled for a $25 fee. *Plans are unable to reschedule or cancel.
